As the name suggests, snow golf is played over snow or ice surfaces instead of grass. The 'greens' otherwise known as 'whites', are specially maintained to cater for the game's growing popularity in colder regions. Legends golf course

The Legend Golf course has become one of the world’s most renowned golf resorts. In addition to 18 spectacular holes set amongst the South African outback, the course also includes the world's most difficult hole: the Extreme 19th located on top of the majestic Hanglip mountain. So difficult is it, that the tee is only accessible via helicopter and is then played down to an Africa-shaped green, some 400m below.
