Later in the week, Tehran hosted its 2nd TAWGC Qualifying event at Engelab Sports Complex where a net 59 was enough for Ehsan Karimian to win in front of national celebrities, actress Behnoush Tabatabaei and former international footballer Shpejtim Arifi were in attendance.

The 18th May saw TAWGC return to TPC KL, home of the CIMB Classic, for the Kuala Lumpur qualifying event in which Au Seng Thoy came out on top. Four events in the following 2 days saw Cologne, Geneva, Atlanta and Mauritius welcome Rafal Waligora, Antoine Martignon and Patrick Ng Ah Ngan to the Grand Final.

Sheshan Golf Club in Shanghai then gave guests a chance to follow in the footsteps of the world’s best players at the home of the HSBC Champions.

Rome and Vienna’s Grand Final spots over May 22nd-23rd were taken by Marco Sessich and Erwin Braunsteiner. The final stretch saw Madrid, Singapore and Kiev add Miguel Morales Glaski, Kunal Awasthy and Oleg Grebelnikov to the Grand Final field.
